Track Name: The Entrance
The Entrance

The strongest beliefs are clouded by the night. The absence of consciousness covers every mind.
All the eyes, troubled by fear, longing for landmarks in a sea of neon lights.

In this silver-grey emptiness we wake up. Every one of us ink on a white page. If we listen, we can hear the melody of a mystery. It is floating and whispering in its hideout.
Hidden in its sleep, not even aware of its existence.

Wake with us. Let us discover what worlds have grown behind the Cataract of Dreams.
Track Name: Evening Leaves
Evening Leaves

One day I walked bemused through an empty park and the sun was setting red at the riverside. When a man came down the road and he smiled at me. Oh, I know that I‘ll never forget his eyes for they seemed to be in love with me.
Today I woke him up in our first own home. When the sun was rising red at the riverside. And remembered how I walked through this empty park. Oh, I knew that I have seen him before: There was this boy who always laughed with me.

What we leave when the evening’s leaves fall sun will soon find again as she rises overhead. We stand and watch her burn the sea. The winds will take our leaves to heavens from where the rain will bring it back to earth one day, we will find them in our beds.

One day I sat alone in an empty park and the wine I drank was red like my selfish thoughts. Hours passed while I felt sorry for myself. Today I know that what has saved me there was this memory that I hold dear:
One night we sat bemused by a bonfires side and the flames were burning red at the riverside. When you promised me (that) whatever happens you’ll be there. Oh, I knew that I’ll never forget your words and the unspoken between them.

What we leave {…}

One day I walked bemused through an empty park and the leaves were falling red from the trees around. Back at home I realized that I’ve lost my golden ring. Oh, I cried, because it was a gift for me from a family member I loved.
Today I planted seeds in my flower beds and a rose is blooming red right in front of my house. Oh, when suddenly I found my ring inside my hands. I wonder if the magpie brought it back that is sitting over me in the trees.

What we leave {…}
Track Name: Origami Heart
Origami Heart

One day I took a piece out of my soul. I folded the left-side-rationality right into the unaware and turned it upside down. Today whenever I am on the edge, I spread my paper-wings and write: As long as you don’t tear it apart, I have an origami heart.

First time I fell in love I sacrificed a special gift: My heart made out of solid stone and jeweled with my pride. Now all that’s left inside is the paper that was wrapped around the heart that once was mine.

One day I took a piece out of my soul {…}
Today whenever I am on the edge, a thousand cranes remind me that: As long as you don’t tear it apart, I have an origami heart.

For years I told myself: None on this world must ever know that I have lost the only thing another man would love. So, I hid day by day the wrapping-paper that was creased to form a heart shaped box

One day I took a piece out of my soul {…}
Today whenever I am on the edge, I read the letter addressed to myself.

I read the letter I addressed myself. And as long as you don’t tear it apart, I have an origami heart.

Time can't heal what lasts but we progress before we burn. The paper-box inside myself has started to expand. Now I know that one day it will have formed a paper-heart colored with my strength.

One day I took a piece out of my soul {…}
Today whenever I am on the edge, I spread my paper-wings and write: As long as you don’t tear it apart, I have an origami heart.
Track Name: Barefoot Soldier
Barefoot Soldier

He never gets love, just drugs and Rock'n'Roll, since they took him away from his home this fall. He hides behind his gun and the power that it gives him to control the weak ones, unarmed women and men. He was forced to kill his brother in the presence of his mother. Now there is nothing left and nothing to return to. He has killed so many, tortured and abused. Would you still welcome him and heal his soul so bruised?

He’s a barefoot soldier who doesn’t know what he kills for. He’s a barefoot soldier who doesn’t know what he dies for. He’s a barefoot soldier, broken by misuse. He’s a barefoot soldier who needs more than new shoes.

Today she is the woman of the man who killed her mum and made her home a graveyard, buried all her friends. There’s no way to escape the militia that once caught her as they are gonna punish the other girls and slaughter. She gets beaten by her husband, regardless of what she’s doing, to raise up her two twins feels like public viewing. She is so dependent and, in a way, she needs him, but in her dreams she’s dreaming of a life in freedom.

She’s a barefoot soldier who can’t talk about what she’s used for. She’s a barefoot soldier who’s seen more than she could bear. She’s a barefoot soldier, made submissive by misuse. She’s a barefoot soldier who needs more than new shoes.

Denied a childhood and often subjected to horrific violence an estimated 300 000 children are serving as soldiers. Many are seized and recruited by force whereas others join to escape their reality. In 1989 the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, Article 38, proclaimed: "State parties shall take all feasible measures to ensure that persons who have not attained the age of 15 years do not take a direct part in hostilities".

They are barefoot soldiers who don’t know what they will kill for. They are barefoot soldiers who don’t know what they will die for. They are barefoot soldiers who get lost somewhere in our news. They are barefoot soldiers who need more than just new shoes.
Track Name: River's End
River’s End

Flames ignited the days. They were blind for the sparks. Thin man who served sadness and fear makes us searching for a new home; claimed everything for his throne. There was nothing to take to the waves but a hopeful farewell and my life.

I’ll take letters and tears from my children and friends to the place where the river ends. Oh, cold hearted eternity, for the rest of your life I’ll search the one last light at the end of the world, the place where the river ends.

Twisted ways through the waves. Lonely dreams are my sails. Ocean child on its search for a home on the long way to rivers end. One day it wishes to return to the place where it left all its love in a moment of hope and goodbye.

I’ll send letters and hope for my children and friends from the place where the river ends. Oh, cold hearted eternity {…}

Lighthouse dreams at the shore. Taking first steps into dreams. Hearing reed’s whispers of peace. But rock falls apart splits my dream right in half. Miss the past at the lake of hope.

Meeting new eyes through the walls. The stranger knocks on their doors. For a long time, it seems as no one will care at the place where the river ends. Now we have a future to build. If we hadn’t found some matching scars our worlds would remain apart.

Just letters and tears from my children and friends find the place where the river ends.

Es ist das Bild einer Stadt {…}

Track Name: Song of Sorrow
Song of Sorrow

In our heart is all the darkness, refugee from world‘s bright light and I see your distant fears deep inside your empty eyes. Now I wish to find the answer why we all have to die? Our marigolds already wither even while we’re still alive.

All we always want to hear is how beautiful we are while the graces of the world getting lost in silent fears. Now we’re bound to expectations: Legacies are made to last. And we cry ourselves to sleep hiding dreams afar.

We fall asleep and in the mirror of our dreams I see that stories always end. Lost in myself I hope that today I’ll see inside your eyes (that) you’ll come and spare my life. Come and keep my life deep inside your empty eyes.

What we‘ll never understand: Courtesy will always lie. Stranger‘s words just last as long as the truth ties them to hearts. While we’re bound to expectations sincerity waves us away. Now you know the riddles end why we all have to die.

In our heart is all the darkness, refugee from world‘s bright light. And I see your distant fears deep inside your empty eyes. Now I wish to find the answer why we all have to die? Our marigolds already wither even while we’re still alive.

We fall asleep {…}

You’ll come and keep my life one more day.
Track Name: Emperor of the Sun
Emperor of the Sun

It’s the last golden summer night. His glance is catched by the frozen light. He knows there is the dark to come. His silent hope is already gone. To escape this fight one single time, he gave the sun an endless shine. Blood is running through his heart. Indifference is tearing him apart. He knows he’ll stay all times alone. No single angel has been born.

At one lonely point at night he gathers all the stars, all the humans that he made, a memory’s recall. There was a young light once a thought and the Emperor of the Sun. But now eternity has come.

It’s the last hidden memory: Young child lies dead below the trees. He knew the war will break his mind. His last will was already signed. To escape the hell another night dispatch has forced another fight. Blood was running through his hands. Fear weakened him, he couldn’t stand. He knew he’ll stay all times alone. His love died in the firestorm.

At one lonely point at night he gathers all the stars, all the sorrow that he caused, a memory’s recall. There was a young light once a life and the Emperor of the Sun. But now eternity has come.

At one lonely point at night we gather all the stars, all the moments that we shared, the choices that we made. There is a young light now a dream and the Emperors of the Sun. We know eternity will come.
Track Name: Sunrise at a Desert's Coast
Sunrise at a Desert’s Coast

Endless horizon, icebound in glistening starlight. Breathtaking sandscape under dawning oblivion. A Dreamworld.

The sunrise red, grown on the mountain ash, colors the path of a sole traveler with morning shadows.

Hide it! Before the light arises deep inside your mind. You have to fight, or sandy winds will sweep your consciousness away. So, if you want to survive you have to pull him back in.

Dreamers demise sleeps in each blink of our eyes. Footprints at the coast, they lose their path and it will be lost since then.

Hide it! Before the light arises deep inside your mind. You have to fight, or salty waves will sweep your consciousness away. So, if you want to survive you have to lure him back in.

No one feels the agony of fading worlds. Finally, it reaches an end in its birth once again.
